The Challenge
A high-performing executive with 20+ years in corporate leadership felt the need for change professional direction but wasn’t sure what the next chapter should look like.

The Challenge
The CEO of a national professional services firm was at the helm of a high-performing, multi-location business, but the weight of decision making to serve many stakeholders sat heavily on his shoulders.
Surrounded by internal teams who looked to him for answers, and external stakeholders who expected certainty, he lacked a trusted space to challenge his thinking, test ideas, or gain perspective beyond the walls of the business or his immediate network.
